The Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership UK was established in November 1997
Its mission is to help improve the caring and quality of all institutions through an approach to leadership and organisational structure that emphasises increased service to others, a holistic approach to work, promoting a sense of community and the wider sharing of power in decision-making in the workplace.
